Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of juliens.ro and the purchase of our services: AI agents, automations, custom software, and related digital products. Placing an order means you've read and accepted them.

1. Who we are

The services on this site are provided by Julien's IT Services SRL, a company registered in Romania. Full identification details (registry number, tax ID, registered office) are listed in the footer of every page and apply to all contracts concluded through this site.

2. What we sell

We build and operate AI agents (sales, customer support, marketing, knowledge base, process automation, website chatbots) delivered as a service: a one-time setup fee covers implementation and tuning, and a monthly subscription covers hosting, monitoring, and ongoing optimization. The exact scope of each plan is described on the agent's page at the time of ordering.

3. Ordering and contract formation

Submitting an order form on this site is a request, not yet a contract. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email and, where an online payment was made, when the payment is confirmed. We may decline orders that fall outside our service scope; any amount already paid for a declined order is refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR (and charged in RON or EUR, as indicated at checkout) and, unless stated otherwise, do not include VAT where applicable. Card payments are processed by NETOPIA Payments; we never see or store your card details. Listed prices are launch prices and may change — the price valid for you is the one shown when you place the order. Monthly subscription fees are invoiced and start only after your agent goes live.

5. Delivery

Our services are delivered digitally — there is no physical shipping. Typical implementation timelines are shown on each plan (1–2 weeks for Starter, 2–4 weeks for Professional) and run from the date we receive the information needed to start (content, access, integrations). Delivery is complete when the agent is live at the agreed location (your website or systems).

6. Subscription and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions have no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime with notice by the end of the current billing month, by email; service stops at the end of the paid period and the agent is deactivated. We can terminate with 30 days' notice. Setup fees cover work already performed and are non-refundable once implementation is complete, except as described in the refund policy.

7. Intellectual property

Everything you provide (content, brand, data) stays yours. The agents, prompt configurations, workflows, and code we build remain our property and are licensed to you for the duration of the subscription. Your data is not used to train models for other clients — see the privacy policy and the Julien's Model description for hosting details.

8. Liability

AI agents produce automated answers that can be imperfect; you remain responsible for how their output is used in your business. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect damages or for downtime caused by third-party providers, except where the law does not allow such limits.

9. Disputes and applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We'll always try to fix problems directly — write to us first. Consumers may also use the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms: ANPC SAL (alternative dispute resolution) and the EU online dispute resolution platform (SOL/ODR); links are in the footer. Competent courts are those of the provider's registered office, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
